1. "Items Marked on Special or Sale/Closeout/Clearance" Policy

All items that are marked on "Specials" for the month and from the "Clearance/Closeouts" section are considered final sales and no refund would be given to anyone. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Only exchange of the same kind of item would be allowed. If you do not want to exchange item bought for something else from the same kind then we are not able to issue you a Return Authorization Number which means that even if you send them back here to us, your package would not be accepted without obtaining first a RAN from ApollonianOccasions.com

If customer wants to make an exchange for another item of the same kind, then a return would be permitted with the following rules: customer is responsible for shipping costs associated to the return back to us and minus 10% restocking fee, plus the new shipping costs for the new item chosen. We cannot issue a return label or credit your return shipping costs. (Would you expect a retail store to pay your time and driving expense to return an item to them?). You must fill out the Customer Return/Exchange Form below and submit to us. After we receive your form filled, we are going to email you the RAN and you must send back the merchandise in its original condition and packaging and the RAN to be clearly shown in the front of the package. We highly recommend that you insure the package for its full value.

Examples: If you buy a baptismal outfit that is on Special price for this month and you do not like it, then you can exchange it for a different baptismal outfit meeting the above criteria. If you buy a pair of wedding crowns that are on Special price for the month and you do not like them, then you can exchange them for another pair of wedding crowns after meeting the above criteria.

2. Shipping to Canada/Custom Duties

We ship to Canada according to the following rules:

If an item is considered delicate and fragile we ship it ONLY via UPS Regular Ground Service. Express or Global Express shipping is also available upon request. Shipping costs would be added to your order accordingly after we ship your package. Also a fee of $5.95 will be added to your total along with the shipping costs. Any discounts given are applied ONLY towards the original cost of the products and not the shipping.

Customs Duties

Shipments to foreign countries including Canada may be forced to pay an extra charge at the time you receive your item. If so, this is a customs duty levied against you by your government. Not all countries have customs duties, which are different than postage - as it is more similar to sales tax by your country. Unfortunately, the money does not come to ApollonianOccasions.com, it has nothing to do with us and we have no control over it. We do not know which countries will charge duties, nor when they will decide to collect these customs duties, or not. We always mark the custom forms as gift, rather than merchandise, and this sometimes helps to avoid customs tax. But, sometimes is has no effect, and your government will charge customs duty anyway.

3. Address Errors for Which ApollonianOccasions.com is Not Responsible

A fee will be applied to all orders where:

1. The incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable
2. An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from UPS. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect city, state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits
3. A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.

The fee will consist of a $5.00 handling charge plus any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel(s). Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO,FPO, American Samoa,Canal Zone, Guam,Mariana Island, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands addresses with valid USPS zip codes incurs with a $30.00 charge via the United States Post Office. This fee will be added to your order after we receive it. Shipping costs for International addresses are not currently available as a standard option.When requesting a worldwide shipping cost, please include your complete address (including the postal code) as well as the product you are interested in so we may provide you with an accurate shipping cost.
