Due to the majority of our products that are imported, all merchandise is not returnable and all sales are final. All sales are considered FINAL unless there are manufacturing defects. For any order canceled after 24 hours of the time of placing it, a 25% cancellation fee of the total order will be charged. For cancellations after 24 hours there is no REFUND. To cancel your order, call us at 718-961-2088, as well as send an email stating that you wish to cancel your order. Please have your order number on hand before calling. We take great pride in beginning our processing of your order as soon as it is received, so we are unable to accept cancellations, once you have placed your order with us.We bubble wrap and package with great attention and use the finest shipping boxes. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in great condition! Returns/Damages/Incorrect Merchandise Policy Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods, any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. However, if one falls through the cracks and you experience defective merchandise, you must contact us immediately by filling out the Return/Damaged Form, and include your order number and a description of the defect. Once we receive this form, we would contact you accordingly to assist you. You must retain all packing materials for the claims process. No refunds are given to anyone (NO EXCEPTIONS).
