Customer ServiceOrdering Information/Acceptance Policy Your use of this Web site (www.apollonianoccasions.com), your placement of an order or your submission of any purchase order to ApollonianOccasions.com indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. It constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use this Web site. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ApollonianOccasions.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. All orders are packed in boxes surrounded by plenty of packing materials to reduce shifting during shipping and according to the security specifications of UPS. Damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier and you must contact us immediately. Please retain all packing materials for the claim process. If you receive a damaged item(s), please call us immediately within 48 hours of receival of shipment to assist you at 718-961-2088. After 48 hours no damaged claims are accepted. Do you have C.O.D.? No. We don’t have COD service. Processing Times We strive to ship all orders within 2-4 business days from the date you place your order. Most orders will arrive within 2-7 business days from the date of shipping via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail Service. You may select Express Shipping for an additional charge. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can calculate Delivery Time/Average Shipping Times by clicking this link. Shipping Information and Delivery Policy Upgrading the method of shipping does not change the length of time to assemble and ship your order. It only reduces the amount of time the package will spend in transit. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered delivery dates and they do not count towards the time a package is in transit to its destination. We ship any and all items considered FRAGILE only via UPS Insured Ground Service and any items that are not considered fragile via USPS Priority Mail except if otherwise we believe we must use UPS (for the security of the items) or in cases you have chosen Express, Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Select Shipping. We ship all of our products anywhere in the United States and Canada, except we do not ship them to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or FPO Boxes. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional $30.00 per order. Three additional days will also need to be allowed for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska when using UPS Ground Service. Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information provided during the checkout process. This charge is usually between $10- $20 per order and will be charged to your credit card. ApollonianOccasions.com will not be held responsible for shipping delays which result from processing issues on the part of UPS, USPS or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS or any other carrier, so please place your order allowing additional time for shipping. Guarantee All items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. We thoroughly inspect each item before it leaves our warehouse. However, if one falls through the cracks and you experience defective merchandise, you must contact us immediately by filling out the Return/Damaged Form, and include your order number and a description of the defect. Once we receive this form, we would contact you accordingly. You must retain all packing materials for the claims process. ApollonianOccasions may not be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. Our goal is to have happy customers and we make every effort to ensure that our customers feel totally satisfied, and will shop with us again! If the damaged/defective goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for these items. Please note that all orders must be inspected, and all claims for damages/defects must be made within 48 hours after the receipt of the shipment. If we authorize a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), you will receive an email from us with the RMA and you then return the item(s) to the following address:
International Orders/Custom Duties for Shipments to Foreigh Countries Shipments to foreign countries may be forced to pay an extra charge at the time you receive your item. If so, this is a customs duty levied against you by your government. Not all countries have customs duties, which are different than postage - as it is more similar to sales tax by your country. Unfortunately, the money does not come to ApollonianOccasions.com, it has nothing to do with us and we have no control over it. We do not know which countries will charge duties, nor when they will decide to collect these customs duties, or not. We always mark the custom forms as gift, rather than merchandise, and this sometimes helps to avoid customs tax. But, sometimes is has no effect, and your government will charge customs duties anyway. Rush Orders If you need your order in a hurry, rush service is available for faster processing time. Call us at 718-961-2088 to place your rush order (Monday-Friday 10:30 AM - 5 PM). Standard UPS or FedEx delivery times apply. Minimum Requirements/Discounts Some sections (like Wedding Crowns for example have a minimum quantity of 2 pairs, or candles are sold in cases, or cross charms sold in units of 25, or ribbons sold in minimum of 2 rolls, etc) have minimum quantities posted and you must follow and meet those quantities mentioned at that specific section. Please pay attention to the minimum quantities posted on every section.
